Legal basis and purpose of processing personal data

When you use our website, the following personal data is collectedWhen you use our website, we typically collect and process the following types of information: IP address, demographic and geographic data as well as technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone and information about which pages you click on (interests). Your IP address is anonymized, which does not make it possible to attribute the IP address to you.

To the extent that you give explicit consent to this yourself, and enter the information yourself in connection with signing up for the newsletter and filling in the contact form, the following is also processed:

  • Phone number
  • E-mail

The above information is stored until you withdraw your consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

The information is used for statistical analysis purposes and to optimize our services and content; including analysis of general user behavior and re-marketing. In addition, the information is used to deliver the services you have requested, for example to be contacted about sales offers or newsletters.

If you apply for a job with us, the following personal data is processedIn order to process job applications, we store the forwarded e-mails from candidates, including documents such as applications, CVs, statements, evidence, etc. We only save information that is forwarded by the candidate himself. By submitting your application, you hereby consent to Strandvejens B&B storing your application for 6 months.

We do not store unsolicited applications.

The legal basis for storing the above data is for the purpose of entering into a contract.
Our processing of your personal data takes place on the basis of the concluded contract and the balancing of interests rule in the data protection regulation, article 6, subsection 1, letter f.

The information is stored internally or with an external data processor until there is no longer a legitimate purpose for the processing.

The personal data that we process originates from the contact person or other employee in the company who wants to use our service.

The right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us, see contact details under point 1.

If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the legality of our processing of your personal data based on your previously communicated consent and up to the time of withdrawal. If you withdraw your consent, it will therefore only take effect from the time of withdrawal.

In the event of a security breach with a risk of compromising personal data, Strandvejens B&B will notify you of the security breach as soon as possible.
